New venue for our NetworkIN Altrincham meetings!
Yesterday was the first time, we had our NetworkIN Altrincham meeting at the Bulls Head in Hale Barns. From now on we will be holding our bi-weekly Friday meetings here starting at 07:15. Even closer for me than the previous location!
Finding the right networking group is not always easy, but I am lucky to have found a group that balances passing business with enjoying each others company and in the process having fun. What would business be if we did not enjoy ourselves or have fun?
Crucial element of our meetings is having guests and visitors from other groups. Yesterday we had two guests (Joshua Pemberton and Magdalena Haener) and two visitors (Andy Guy - Insurance Broker Specialising in Charities and Faye Gennard) whom added a fresh perspective to our small group discussion we had yesterday.
I thought I try something new with my 60 second introduction but Catherine Harriss who went before me used a similar point on hourly earnings. We found out that Matt Rodway got an enquiry as a result of one of these meetings from someone that he did not have a conversation with!
We are still looking for the following people:
Estate Agents; Electricians; Plumbers; Alarm & Security Specialists (Residential and Commercial); Printers; Commercial Insurance; HR Lawyers or Consultants; Gardeners; and some more.
